Submitting to TapIn is free forever. If TapIn secures you a placement, deal, producer/writer connection, or industry opportunity, TapIn — owned by SoSay Adonis, publishing administered through Legends Place Publishing (BMI) — receives a 30% publishing participation on works arising from that specific opportunity. You keep ownership of your masters. Free submissions never require payment. Nothing on TapIn is a wager.

1. Scope of the participation
The 30% publishing participation applies only to works — songs, compositions, or collaborations — that arise from an opportunity TapIn originates and secures for the artist (label placement, producer/writer intro, sync placement, publishing deal, publicly-announced feature, or documented A&R connection). It does not apply to works the artist independently creates outside of that opportunity.
2. What TapIn does not take
TapIn does not take a share of master recordings, live performance income, brand/endorsement income, merchandise, or any other revenue stream. Masters remain 100% owned by the artist.
3. Administration
TapIn's publishing share is administered by Legends Place Publishing (BMI). The artist will register the affected works with their PRO and cooperate on split sheets, publisher notifications, and standard publishing administration steps.
4. Term & termination
The participation runs for the life of the specific work(s) arising from the TapIn-secured opportunity, per industry-standard term. This Put-On Agreement does not create an exclusive publishing deal for the artist's catalog.
5. Free submissions
Submitting a song on TapIn is always free. Paid tiers on TapIn (Skip / Double / Ultimate / Throne) only accelerate placement in the live room and never require the artist to pay to participate in this Put-On Agreement.
6. Final agreement
Each opportunity is memorialized in a per-deal short-form agreement executed by both parties. That short-form controls in the event of any inconsistency with this summary.
