TapIn (tapin.fan) is a live music discovery platform owned by SoSay Adonis. By using TapIn you agree to these terms. This page is customer-facing and subject to counsel review; final terms may be updated.
1. Who can use TapIn
You must be 13 or older to use TapIn. You must be 18 or older to receive cash payouts, purchase paid tiers (Skip / Double / Ultimate / Throne), or host a room.
2. Submitting a song
Submitting a song is free forever. When you submit, you grant TapIn a worldwide, non-exclusive license to play, review, clip, repost, and promote the song across TapIn and its official social channels. You keep ownership of your masters. See the Put-On Agreement for the deal we make if we secure you an opportunity.
3. Fan rewards & wallet
The TapIn wallet is closed-loop credit, not a stored-value account with cash value beyond in-app spend. Rewards are earned on published skill/merit criteria — voting, chatting, staying in the room, quests — and are house-funded from the weekly reward pool. Your worst case is $0. TapIn does not accept fan-to-artist money wagers.
4. Cash-outs
Wallet balances of $25 or more may be requested to your linked payout method via a licensed processor (Stripe / Tremendous / Chimoney). Cash-out requires identity verification (KYC), a single destination per human, a 7-day review hold, and is subject to clawback for fraud. W-9 / W-8BEN may be required.
5. Paid tiers & host revenue split
Paid tiers speed up song placement in a room; they do not guarantee an outcome. Hosts receive 85% of paid transactions in their room; TapIn retains 15% platform fee.
6. Conduct
No hate, harassment, illegal content, IP violations, spam, or attempts to manipulate rankings. TapIn may remove content, restrict, or ban accounts at its discretion. Anti-fraud systems (device fingerprinting, phone verification, Radar) run continuously.
7. Changes & disputes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app. Disputes are handled in the state of California under applicable law. Nothing here is legal advice.
